When can you get a refund?
Within 7 days of purchase, if the app does not run on your PC even after following the install steps.
How to ask
- Message us on Telegram with your order number.
- Send a screenshot of the error and your machine code.
- Send the USDT address and network you want the refund on.
How refunds are paid
- We send the amount you paid in USDT by hand to the address you give us, and we pay the network fee.
- Check the address carefully: on-chain transfers cannot be reversed.
- After a refund the license is revoked and stops working with the next app update.
When there is no refund
- For not earning money, or for clips rejected by a campaign. The app is a tool and guarantees no income.
- More than 7 days after the purchase.
- If the terms were broken (for example sharing or cracking the license).
Payment mistakes
If you sent more than the order amount or paid twice, message us and we will return the extra. If you sent on a network other than the one on your order page, we may not be able to recover the money.
